Shipping policy

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground to U.S. addresses. Most orders are shipped the same or the next day. Occasionally we’ll have a delay due to work load so we can’t guarantee. If you are trying to get your order in hand for a specific event let us know and we’ll do our best to get it out. Shipping is from our headquarters in Roanoke, VA.

For international customers: If you are using your own third party freight forwarder, we will not be held responsible for failed deliveries and lost shipments at the freight forwarding location or further in the shipment's journey. We strongly recommend giving us your actual address.
